Apply a thin layer of Charisma Nail Innovations Boutique Soak off Gel Base Coat over the surface of the entire nail. Base Coat, should be applied as close to the cuticle as possible without touching the surrounding skin or cuticle. If the product does touch the cuticle or skin use an orange wood stick to remove the excess product from the nail before curing.
